The Somatic Womb Clearing Session™ is a gentle, body-centered approach that combines somatic awareness, guided inquiry, emotional processing, ancestral healing, embodiment practices, prayer, energy work, and womb-centered healing to help uncover and release imprints that may be stored within the womb, nervous system, and body.
Together, we explore the emotional, relational, ancestral, and life experiences that may be influencing your present-day health, relationships, creativity, fertility, self-expression, and sense of well-being.
Each session is intuitively tailored to your unique needs and may support themes such as:
- Ancestral healing and clearing inherited patterns
- Emotional healing and life transitions
- Fertility, conception, and preconception preparation
- Pregnancy and postpartum integration
