WHY I DO THIS WORK
For over thirteen years, I've devoted my life to studying healing, trauma-informed practices, somatics, women's hormone health and nutrition, and the sacred feminine.
Through my own experiences of healing my 14 day painful and heavy periods through nutrition, somatic & ancestral healing, down to 3-5 days, pain-free periods…. I discovered something profound:
Our bodies hold stories our minds cannot always access.
I learned that healing isn't something we force.
It's something we create space for and let our tender hearts be held.
And I believe this with my whole heart:
